7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Google Map Data Extractor software is licensed, not sold. By downloading and using this software, you agree to:

• Use the software only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and all applicable laws regarding data collection
• Not use the software to violate privacy rights or data protection laws
• Extract data only from publicly available sources
• Accept that the software is provided without warranty for compatibility or specific results
• Follow installation instructions (Zip Password: 4321, Do not run as Administrator)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data extracted

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maahir Infotech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
